The Claims Fast Track application processes qualifying motor claims (up to ₦50,000) as a straight-through digital workflow — from first notification of loss to payment — entirely on mobile, with no physical inspection required.

How It Works

The Claims Fast Track process is fully digital and takes minutes to complete:

Enter vehicle details — input your vehicle plate number to retrieve your policy.

Verify identity — enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered phone and email.

Receive discharge voucher — if your claim qualifies, a discharge voucher is issued automatically.

Sign and receive payment — sign and upload the voucher, then receive payment within 60 minutes.
