About Your Role:
  • Actively seek out and engage potential clients to introduce our innovative insurance solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations.
About You:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance, tech, or financial sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
  • Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
