Expand our current product partnerships with top 10 enterprise clients
Establish new insurance product partnerships which fit into our tech stack and current products.
Develop and lead our partnership strategy to identify, originate and execute business development opportunities that leverage insurtech, data, technology partnerships
Establish and maintain new connections to non-insurance partners and set up new partnerships with insurtechs, Fintechs, SMEs etc
Build and scale our sales team, recruiting, onboarding, and developing high-performing and dedicated sales professionals
Play a key role in developing and implementing our go-to-market strategy, including strategic sales planning and developing sales campaigns from idea to execution
Forecast, track and report sales metrics to measure effectiveness and enable accurate forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis, adjusting as needed.
Leverage your people skills to represent Octamile as a thought leader at events and conferences, and build relationships with prospects, partners and industry stakeholders.
About You:
10+ years of prior managerial level work experience in strategy/sales /business development/partnerships.
Experience in driving strategy/sales /business development/partnerships for financial services, telecommunications, and startups is a big plus.
Must be a great leader, that inspires teams ownership without micromanagement.
Understanding and interest in insurance
Must have demonstrated success in business development and partnerships initiatives focused on growing revenue.
Must have strong communication skills, presentation skills, networking skills, and understands the language of incumbents.
Track record of delivering mutually successful business outcomes
Ability to own OKRs, and enjoy pioneering new approaches while also being result-driven
Analytical skill set, with meaningful experience defining, tracking and quantifying ROI of partnerships
