About Your Role:
  • Launch, manage and grow strategic partners to align with and exceed Octamile's objectives and key metrics.
  • Model, track and analyse partnerships' key performance indicators to report the metrics ROI.
  • Support other sales agents for business development and partnership relationships.
  • Monitor business relationships using set performance evaluation metrics and reports for performance of the partnership.
  • Participate in regular business reviews with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering and Marketing teams to provide customer feedback of the product and brainstorm product solutions.
  • Leverage your people skills to represent Octamile as a thought-leader at events and conferences, and build relationships with prospects, partners and industry stakeholders.
About You:
  • 4+ years of work experience in sales /business development
  • Knowledge of the Automotive industry
  • Experience in driving insurance sales & partnerships with Auto industry service providers is a plus.
  • Must be a great communicator, that inspires action and loyalty.
  • A good understanding and interest in Insurance and sales.
  • Must have demonstrated success in previous business development and partnerships initiatives focused on growing revenue.
  • Must have strong communication skills, presentation skills, networking skills, and understands the language of incumbents.
  • Track record of delivering mutually successful business outcomes
  • Ability to own OKRs, and enjoy pioneering new approaches while also being result-driven.
